Q: Where is Hearts Forever Entwined based?
Weâre based online and rooted in love from Salem, Oregon. However, there are caveats as to where your items are coming from. Please see below and reach out with any questions.
- All pre-made quilt kits and handmade items by me, custom embroidery services, fabric, patterns, notions, books, etc. ship from Salem, Ore.
- Print on Demand items ship from my distribution partners.
- All items from my Mom's stash ship from Ankeny, Ia.Â
Q: What makes this boutique special?
This boutique was created in memory of my mom, Kathy, who was an avid quilter and source of inspiration. Every product -- from kits to stash fabric -- is selected with the same love and attention she gave to every quilt she made.

Q: Are your kits ready-to-ship or made-to-order?
Our kits are made-to-order, ensuring every bundle is fresh, intentional, and cut with care using the AccuQuilt system.
Q: Whatâs included in a pre-cut quilting kit?
Each kit includes pre-cut fabric pieces (specific to the pattern) and a materials guide. All kits include instructions and/or recommended pattern pairings.
Q: What is a charm pack, jelly roll, or layer cake?
These are popular Moda fabric precuts youâll find in our âFabric Treatsâ section:
- ⨠Charm Packs = 5" squares
- đ Jelly Rolls = 2.5" strips
- đ° Layer Cakes = 10" squares
They make piecing fast and fun!
Q: Can I request specific colors or themes for a quilt kit?
Absolutely! Please send us a message or include your preferences in the order notes -- weâll do our best to accommodate. We are also in the process of creating a "build your own kit" collection.
Q: Whatâs âKathyâs Legacy Stash (aka My Mom's Stash)â?
These are select fabrics, kits, notions, rulers, patterns, etc. from my momâs personal quilting collection. Handpicked and limited, theyâre a special way to carry her memory forward in your own projects.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
- Made-to-order kits typically ship within 5-7 business days.
- Ready-to-ship items go out within 3 business days.
- Print on demand items go out within 2-7 business day and vary depending on the product.
You'll receive tracking info once your package is on the way.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping within the U.S., but weâre working on expanding soon. Stay tuned!
Q: Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?
Yes! If your separate orders are placed within a short window (and havenât gone out yet), weâll combine them and refund the overage -- no problem!

Q: What kinds of tools and notions do you carry?
We stock a rotating selection of tools including:
- Rotary cutters
- Cutting mats
- Acrylic rulers
- Pins, seam rippers, marking tools, and other must-haves.
Q: Do you sell patterns or quilting books?
Yes! We offer a selection of patterns and instructional books for all skill levels.
Q: Will embroidery services be available soon?
Yes! Custom embroidery is currently in development and coming soon. Sign up for email updates and be the first to know when this service launches!

Q: Whatâs your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see our Return policy for detailed information.
Please note: All sales are final on Handmade and custom made products. However, if thereâs an issue with your order, please contact us -- we truly want you to be happy.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
As long as we havenât started cutting or packaging your kit, yes! Please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order for the best chance.
