Every pre-cut appliqué kit is made to order and precision-cut using the AccuQuilt cutting system, ensuring clean, accurate shapes for a stress-free creative experience. Whether you’re a quilting veteran or just starting your very first project, these kits are made to help you focus less on prep -- and more on the joy of stitching. 🪡✨

Soon you’ll be able to add names, motifs, or special finishes to your projects, making each piece even more uniquely yours. I can’t wait to offer this heartfelt touch soon -- stay tuned for the big reveal!

🚚 Shipping Details

Currently, I ship to customers within the United States, and I’m so excited to share that Canadian shipping is coming soon!

As a one-woman show, every kit is carefully cut, packaged, and shipped by me -- with lots of love, attention to detail, and usually a cozy cup of tea in hand. ☕❤️
Growing this heart-led business is truly a stitch-by-stitch journey, and I’m so thankful for your support as I expand.

Processing & Shipping Time

• Appliqué Kits: Handmade after you order; ships within - 5–7 business days
• Print-on-Demand Items (like tees, candles, mugs, totes, etc.): Fulfilled by a trusted production partner and usually ship in 2–10 business days. Times may vary during holidays or busy seasons.
• You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way, whether it’s coming from my boutique or one of my print partners.

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • Orders up to $25 =  $6 Flat rate
  • Orders $25.01–$49.99 = $10 Flat rate
  • Orders $50–$74.99 = $15 Flat rate

Domestic (USA) shipping is free for orders over $75+. Orders that qualify for free shipping (via this offer or any other offer), will be shipped via the least expensive shipping method (typically first class mail). If you wish to upgrade your shipping service, the extra cost to do so is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the product has been shipped, it is in the care of USPS and Hearts Forever Entwined is not responsible for any products being lost or delivered to the wrong address.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kristin@heartsforeverentwined.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
